Supporting COPE Candidates
An important job of the COPE after the endorsement process is over is to work with candidates to support there campaigns. This the goal of helping all of our endorced candidates win there elections. This is a key part of the COPE process and is important to ensure that the RTA’s endorsement holds weight. Our endorsed candidates have shown their commitment to our goals durring the endorcemnt procces and now it is our turn to show our commitment to them by helping their campaigns.
RTA members can help in this work by volunteering to help at candidate events like door knocking, sign holding or more. Aditionaly the MTA is supporting this work and is in the process of creating and sending a mailer to all MTA members who live and vote in Revere, highlighting our endorsed candidates. We’re also having signs made—perfect for upcoming sign-holding events!
Below you can find a list of upcoming campaign events hosted by endorsed candidates below. RTA members have been invited to show up and show support. RTA shirts encouraged!
